What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you:
- visit our website;
- contact us (form, email, WhatsApp);
- are a business contact or pilot customer;
- use CONOVA where we process booking-related messages on behalf of an operator.
If you book parking with an operator, that operator is usually responsible for your data as controller. CONOVA often acts as their processor for booking workflows.
Data we collect
Website visitors (browse only): limited technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, pages viewed) and cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
When you contact us or request a demo: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, and anything you send in your message.
Operators using CONOVA: business and account details needed to provide the service (contacts, configuration, usage logs).
End-customers (via an operator): may include name, phone, vehicle plate, dates, booking status, and message content — only as needed for the operator’s service and as configured by them.
We do not sell personal data or use end-customer booking data for our own advertising.
How we use data
- Reply to enquiries and arrange demos;
- Provide, secure, and improve CONOVA;
- Operate bookings and messaging where enabled by an operator;
- Meet legal obligations (e.g. billing records).
Legal bases (GDPR): contract, legitimate interests (B2B communication, security), consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies), and legal obligation where applicable.
WhatsApp and third parties
Messages may pass through Meta / WhatsApp infrastructure. We may use service providers (hosting, email, security) under appropriate agreements. Links to Google Calendar or WhatsApp open third-party services with their own policies.
Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures; no online service is 100% secure.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
